Is there a room charge?

NO as long as you purchase $300 in Food before tax & gratuity is added, there is no charge for the room.

How many does the room hold?

We do parties of 25 to 100 people.

What are the times the room is available?

Day parties go from 12:00 – 4:00 Evening parties go from 5 – closing.

What comes with the room?

The room has 3 televisions, a juke box, full bar, private rest rooms, and direct access to our court yard were you can enjoy Bocce, Baggo and other outdoor activities.

Can I decorate the room?

Yes you may come in before your party and decorate as much or as little as you would like.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing, we provide everything needed to serve your food, of course if you have some special napkins or plates you would like to use you are more than welcome to.

How is the food served?

Buffet style in chafing pans with sternos to keep your food hot throughout your party.

Can I bring a cake?

You may bring cakes (only a cake)

Can I bring a DJ or Band?

Yes we have a entertainment license so you may bring live music.

What do I need to do to reserve the room?

A non-refundable check  made out to Cole’s Tavern for $200 will hold the room for you.

When do you need the final head count and Food order?

10 day’s before your party we need the final numbers.
